power-up and make a test call. We can't pay you for broken phones,
but will recycle any and all you send us. That's important, because
they all contain toxic materials. The postage is on us, so send them
all in.

greenphone.com's Customer Service team works
10 - 5 PM EST. The best way to reach us
via e-mail at
service@greenphone.com. If
you are having problems, please try to
be as clear as possible so we know what
the issue is and can focus on solving
it. Please be sure to tell us
your name, e-mail address, customer
number, and the exact problem you have
that needs servicing.
Note regarding requests for gift
certificates: Some of greenphoone.com's gift
certificates come electronically and
instantly (ex: MSN Music ®,
Ringtonejukebox are given to you at the
time you request them, and then again
via an e-mail confirmation), others will
take a few more days while we contact
those companies so they can make them
and then get them to you. Companies like Karmaloop and other retailers usually
have to create your gift certificate,
then send it to you - that can take a
little while. Generally, it should take
less than a week for them to e-mail you
your gift certificate. We also provide
your trading history with us in the Your
Account section, so you can see what you
have spent your points on in the past.
Note regarding phone make / model /
functionality issues: Please note that
under the Terms and Conditions of the
greenphone.com website, phones can only be
paid for when they work. Sometimes we
may be able to make you an offer on
broken phones because we may be able to
fix them or use them for parts, but that
is exceptional. Often people do not know
exactly what kind of phone they have -
don't ask us why the manufacturers make
it so difficult sometimes - we have been
wondering about that ourselves - in some
cases for years. If you didn't enter the
right make / model info, we'll figure it
out and adjust your account accordingly
- if this happens it is reflected in the
Your Account section.
